Mastiqua Mastiha Sparkling Water 330 ml — Case of 12, Glass

Mastiqua is a Greek still spring water subtly infused with mastiha, the aromatic resin harvested from mastic trees grown on the island of Chios, a product with protected-origin status. The base is a clean spring water of moderate minerality — around 250 mg/L — and its lower finished pH reflects the mastiha rather than the source. The result is a delicately herbal, resinous lift over clean water: distinctive without being sweet or heavy.
