Acqua Panna Natural Spring Water 500 ml — Case of 24, Glass

Acqua Panna is drawn from a single estate in the Apennine foothills north of Florence, where the water filters slowly through clay and limestone before surfacing. The long underground passage rounds off its edges, giving a still water with almost no bite. It has been bottled at the same Tuscan source since 1880.

At 130 mg/L and pH 8.0 the dissolved solids sit at the low end of the medium range and lean slightly alkaline. That balance reads on the palate as the soft, silky mouthfeel noted above, with no mineral sharpness to interrupt it. It works as a table water alongside delicate dishes and lighter wines, where a more mineral water would compete.
