Wholesale water for hotels
We supply hotels and resorts with curated still and sparkling water for guest rooms, minibars, banquets, spa and food-and-beverage service, chosen to match the standard of the property and delivered by the pallet.
A water programme that fits the property
The bottle a guest finds on the nightstand says as much about a property as the linens. We help you match the water to the room: glass from established springs for suites and dining, lighter PET for the gym, pool and events, and a welcome or house water that carries the standard of the brand.
Offer guests a choice of still and sparkling, and stock names they recognise alongside quieter discoveries worth pouring.
What we supply
Still and sparkling water from springs and mineral houses around the world, in glass and PET, from small in-room formats to larger bottles for banquet and restaurant service. Build a full pallet of one water, or a mixed pallet so a single delivery covers rooms, dining and events.
Ordering and delivery
Wholesale orders ship palletized on LTL freight nationwide. For properties without a loading dock we arrange a liftgate, and we handle scheduled delivery appointments where the venue needs one. We confirm cases-per-pallet, freight and lead time before you place the order. See how wholesale ordering works.
Let’s build your order.
Send your business name, delivery ZIP code, the waters or categories you’re interested in, and rough quantities, and we will put together a wholesale quote with pallet configuration, freight and lead time.
Request a quoteCommon questions
Can we order more than one type of water on a single pallet?
Yes. Pallets can be built as a full pallet of one water or as a mixed pallet drawn from across our range, so one delivery can cover guest rooms, dining and events.
Do you offer glass bottles for in-room and dining service?
Yes. Much of our range is bottled in glass for in-room and restaurant presentation, with PET available for poolside, gym and large events.
Do you deliver to hotels without a loading dock?
Yes. Request a liftgate and let us know about any access limits or appointment requirements up front, as these affect the freight quote.
